Team net scoring

36-Hole Multi-Format Team Net

Member-Guest scoring uses four 9-hole formats across Ballyowen and Crystal Springs. Each day page highlights the formats for that round.

Holes 1-9 Crystal Springs

Pinehurst

  • Both players tee off.
  • Both players play their partner's tee shot for the second shots.
  • After the second shots, the team picks the best result and plays a scramble until one ball is holed.
Rules Reminders
  • If a tee shot is OB, lost, or in a penalty area, the partner does not get to hit a second shot because it would actually be a third or fourth shot.
  • If both tee shots are OB, lost, or in a penalty area, the team plays the appropriate third or fourth shot from the applicable relief location.
Holes 10-18 Crystal Springs

Scramble

  • Both players tee off.
  • The best result is chosen, and both players play the next shot from that spot.
  • After each shot, the best result is chosen until one ball is holed.
  • Use at least 3 tee shots from each player during the 9 holes.
